Milestone Groundworks is a dynamic multi-faceted groundwork and Civil engineering company based in West Sussex. Our success and reputation are built on quality and experience. We are striving constantly to further our professional development and to be at the forefront of the latest construction methodology and processes allowing us to invest in the people, plant and equipment within our company. It is this focus, combined with our extensive knowledge across all aspects of the construction industry that allows us to successfully deliver a vast array of projects, many of which are one-off and bespoke, and upon which our excellent reputation stands.
Our Focus
Our focus on building strong and lasting relationships extends not just to our Clients, but to our network of specialist Sub-contractors and Suppliers that we have partnered with over many years. This affords us greater control over projects and ensures we have the additional expertise and resources needed to solve the most complex project challenges.

Our people are the core of our business. With over 25 years of experience within the industry, our Directors are involved hands-on with the day to day running of the business and our projects, sharing their knowledge and their passion for delivery of quality and innovative project solutions. On site, our team of experienced Contracts Managers, Site Managers, specialist Groundworkers, Steel Fixers and Carpenters are fully qualified in their trade, holding relevant SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, CPCS and NPORS cards and qualifications to ensure we have not only the expertise to deliver quality projects, but that optimum health and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Health and Safety
We pride ourselves on our strict Health and Safety procedures, and are accredited to ConstructionLine Gold. We are proud to announce this achievement of gold membership status with Constructionline. This accreditation recognises our on-going commitment to Quality and Safety in the delivery of projects for our clients.
ConstructionLine is the UK’s largest register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants. Constructionline ensures that suppliers meet a range of standards which have been developed by the British Standards Institute (BSI) and approved by the government. Using standardised pre-qualification questionnaires, such as PAS 91, it is possible to easily see whether suppliers meet your required specifications.
with 100% of our workforce holding CSCS cards as a minimum health and safety qualification. Our aim is to ensure all our staff, and those people working alongside us, work safely and return home un-injured every day
